ButterySpace's tools (3D bookmarks, Round STL, image to SVG, Color Book, lithophanes, format conversion, and SVG repair) are free to start. No payment is required, so no refund process applies today.

If you joined the waitlist, you have not been charged. Waitlist sign-ups are free and non-binding.

02When Pro launches

We plan to offer a paid Pro subscription and a developer API. When those launch, our refund policy will be:

• 14-day money-back guarantee: if you subscribe to Pro and decide it isn't for you within 14 days, we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.
• Annual plans: prorated refunds for unused months, at our discretion.
• API usage: consumed API credits are non-refundable; unspent credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

03EU / UK statutory rights

EU and UK consumers normally have a statutory 14-day "right to withdraw" from purchases of digital content under the Consumer Rights Directive and related legislation. That right can end early once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right is lost; when paid features launch, the checkout will say exactly how that applies before you pay. Where the statutory right applies, you get it in addition to the guarantee above.
