Does converting HEIC to JPG lose quality?
Converting re-encodes the photo, so JPG output is not pixel-identical to the original, but at the default quality of 90 the difference is hard to spot. Choose PNG for a lossless re-encode. Are my photos private?
Uploads are processed and auto-delete within 24 hours, and they are never sold. If you explicitly opt in to product improvement, we keep that session’s files for up to 30 days and use them to improve the tool.
