01What to expect
We are a small team, so please allow a little time for a reply. We aim to get back to email within a couple of business days. Including a screenshot, the file you are working with, and what you expected to happen helps us help you faster.
02Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold (including a waitlist email), please use the dedicated data request form on the Privacy page. It routes your request the right way and we aim to respond within 30 days. You can review what we collect in the Privacy Policy.
03Billing and refunds
The core tool is free to start, so most people never need this. If you have a question about a future paid feature or a charge, email us at [email protected] and see the Refund Policy for how we handle refunds.
